At LLA we offer a full range of outpatient pulmonology services and care.
These include:

• Spirometry (we do measurements that assess how well your lungs are functioning using a special machine)
• Bronchoscopy (we use a special camera to visualize your respiratory system)
• Nasal Rinsing (we manage your blocked nose and other related continued nasal congestion conditions)
• Allergy services (managing the reactions your body manifests when exposed to certain things, this also includes continued itchy eyes, itchy nose and itchy throat)
• Allergy skin prick testing (we do a special test to check what it is you are reacting to)
• Peak flow meter testing (we use a simplified blowing method into a machine to assess your lungs)
• Asthma nebulization and chronic asthma care (we take care of and treat your asthma on a long term)
• Sleep medicine (we do limited sleep study when properly arranged to assess a sleep related problems)
• Chronic lung diseases (we manage long term diseases affecting the lungs)
• Chronic cough (we investigate and manage cough that persists despite initial treatment)
• Tuberculosis (we manage pulmonary tuberculosis and its associated complications, we also undertake to be your DOTS centre) LLA is an offically recognzied DOTS center and TB diagnosis at LLA is a FREE service.
• Gastroesophageal reflux disease affecting the lungs ( we manage heartburn problems and swallowing incoordination that may affect the lungs)
• Pneumonia and other respiratory conditions (we treat chest conditions related to pneumonia and its complications including pleural effusion and chest tube drainage)
• Tracheostomy care (we can help you care for the breathing tube inserted into your windpipe)
